Thank you for choosing Ladyish LLC. Our Store Policy outlines important information about purchases, exchanges, and the use of our products and services. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refunds

All sales with Ladyish LLC are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including:

  • Digital products (e.g., eBooks, workbooks, and online courses)

  • Physical products

  • Webinars and recordings

  • Stay-cation and conference bookings

This policy ensures fairness and consistency, especially for digital and event-based services where access is immediate or preparation costs are incurred.

2. Exchange Policy for Defective Physical Products

We strive to ensure the quality of all physical products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, exchanges may be permitted under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • You provide proof of purchase and photos of the defective item.

Once the return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the defect is due to our error.

Exchanges are limited to the same item or a product of equal value if the original item is unavailable.

3. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

  • Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials.

  • Sharing, reproducing, or redistributing digital products in any form is prohibited and may result in termination of access without a refund.

4. Webinars and Online Events

Registration for webinars and online events is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Access links and materials are provided exclusively to the registrant and may not be shared.

  • Ladyish LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel webinars. In such cases, registrants will be notified and provided with alternative dates or equivalent content.

5. Retreats and Conferences

100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before retreat start date MINUS A 3% PROCESSING FEE. -- 50% deposit refund for cancellation 15-29 days before retreat start date MINUS A 3% PROCESSING FEE.


If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 14 days before the event. Transfer requests must include the new participant’s name and contact details.

  • Ladyish LLC is not responsible for additional costs, including travel or lodging.

  • In the event of unforeseen cancellations or rescheduling by Ladyish LLC, participants will be offered alternative dates or equivalent credits.

6. Use of Purchased Services and Materials

All products and services provided by Ladyish LLC are for personal use only.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or resale of any content, whether physical or digital, is strictly prohibited.

  • Access to services, such as webinars and courses, is limited to the individual purchaser unless otherwise specified.

Any misuse of our materials or services may result in legal action and termination of access.
